Konseptual desain potensi pemanfaatan danau pasca tambang di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Rumpin Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat
P enelitian mengenai potensi pemanfaatan danau pascatambang sebagai penentuanrencana pemanfaatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi danau pascatambang yangberlokasi di Desa Sukasari, Kecamatan Rumpin, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat.Penelitian ini dilakukan mengingat bahwa penambangan dengan metode tambangterbuka berpotensi yang akhirnya akan menjadi danau pascatambang (pit lake)sehinga diperlukan kajian mengenai pemanfaatan lubang bekas tambang (void)berdasarkan pada kualitas air, sosial ekonomi wilayah dan pemetaanlingkungannya. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi stakeholder untukpemanfaatan danau pascatambang dan mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutanmasyarakat di sekitar danau pascatambang. Pemanfaatan yang dilakukan yaitupemanfaatan terpadu berupa tempat wisata, tempat pemancingan, restoran,penginapan, sarana air bersih, dan pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro sesuaidengan kebutuhan masyarakat setempat dan berdampak bagi masyarakat. Selain itudilakukan analisis kelayakan pemanfaatan dan didapati pemanfaatan terpadu sangatlayak dan ekonomis untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan pemanfaatannya dilakukananalisis kelayakan ekonomi dari pemanfaatan sarana air bersih yang dapatmemberikan keuntungan sesuai dengan NPV, IRR, dan payback period. Olehkarena itu, pemanfaatan danau pascatambang memberikan dampak positif bagimasyarakat dan pemerintah demi pembangunan berkelanjutan.
R esearch regarding the potential use of post-mining lakes to determine utilizationplans that are appropriate to the conditions of post-mining lakes located inSukasari Village, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency, West Java. This research wascarried out considering that mining using the open pit method has the potential toeventually become a post-mining lake (pit lake) so that a study is needed regardingthe use of ex-mining holes (voids) based on water quality, regional socio-economicsand environmental mapping. This research can provide input for stakeholders forutilizing post-mining lakes and realizing sustainable development for communitiesaround post-mining lakes. The utilization carried out is integrated utilization in theform of tourist attractions, fishing spots, restaurants, accommodation, clean waterfacilities and micro-hydro power plants in accordance with the needs of the localcommunity and has an impact on the community. Apart from that, an analysis ofthe feasibility of utilization was carried out and it was found that integratedutilization was very feasible and economical to carry out. Based on its utilization,an analysis of the economic feasibility of using clean water facilities can be carriedout which can provide benefits in accordance with NPV, IRR and payback period.Therefore, the use of post-mining lakes has a positive impact on the community andgovernment for sustainable development.
