Dampak fear of covid-19, depression, future career anxiety terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan perusahaan outsourcing di Tanah Tinggi Tangerang
P enenlitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Fear of Covid-19, Depression, Future Career Anxiety terhadap Job Satisfaction. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypotesyis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression) dengan bantuan software AMOS 22. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 120 karyawan PT.Panglima Siaga Bangsa. Dengan metode penarikan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Fear of Covid terhadap Future Career Anxiety, terdapat pengaruh Fear of Covid terhadap Depression, terdapat pengaruh Future Career Anxiety terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh Depression terhadap Job Satisfaction, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh Fear of Covid terhadap Job Satisfaction. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada manajer perusahaan agar dapat memperhatikan karyawannya dengan memberikan dukungan yang baik serta memberikan motivasi dan membimbing karyawan agar merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja yang akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga tidak adanya ketakutan karyawan terhadap covid hingga keluar dari perusahaan serta ketakutan akan karir dimasa depan.
T his study aims to analyze the impact of Fear of Covid-19, Depression, Future Career Anxiety on Job Satisfaction. The research conducted was descriptive quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses the Multiple Regression with the help of AMOS 22 software. The data in this study were collected from 120 employees of PT. Panglima Siaga Bangsa. With the withdrawal method using Purposive Sampling. The results of hypothesis testing in this study show that there is an effect of Fear of Covid on Future Career Anxiety, there is an effect of Fear of Covid on Depression, there is an effect of Future Career Anxiety on Job Satisfaction, there is an effect of Depression on Job Satisfaction, and there is no effect of Fear of Covid on Job Satisfaction. From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide input to company managers so that they can pay attention to their employees by providing good support and providing motivation and guiding employees to feel satisfaction at work which will improve employee performance so that there is no fear of employees of Covid leaving the company and fear of future career.
