Pengaruh training perception, career commitment, job insecurity, abusive supervisionterhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan pt. tokyo plast industry
P enelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis training perception, career commitment, job insecurity, abusive supervision terhadap pada karyawan PT Tokyo Plast Industri. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik sensus kepada 60 karyawan di PT Tokyo Plast Industri. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa training perception, career commitment, job insecurity, abusive supervision berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction. Implikasi bagi manajer adalah diharapkan manajer dapat melakukan pengembangan terhadap career commitment karyawan dengan memberikan motivasi. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan job satisfaction karyawan maka manajer dapat memberikan reward dan apresiasi secara verbal apabila karyawan melakukan pekerjaanya dengan baik. Kemudian untuk mempertahankan career commitment, manajer dapat memberikan beban tugas tang sesuai dengan job desc sehingga karyawan dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaanya dengan hasil maksimal.
T his study aims to analyze training perception, career commitment, job insecurity, abusive supervision of PT Tokyo Plast Industri employees. The sample used in this study was a census technique for 60 employees at PT Tokyo Plast Industry. The data analysis method used is SPSS 25. The results show that training perception, career commitment, job insecurity, abusive supervision have a positive effect on job satisfaction. The implication for managers is that managers are expected to be able to develop employee career commitment by providing motivation. Meanwhile, to improve and maintain employee job satisfaction, managers can provide verbal rewards and appreciation if employees do a good job. Then to maintain career commitment, managers can provide a task load according to the job description so that employees can complete their work with maximum results.
