P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh job demand terhadap job satisfaction dimoderasi oleh job autonomy. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan di PT. Nagaswara Sakti dengan jumlah responden 104 orang.Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling yang didistribusikan kepada karyawan yang terdiri dari departemen Digital Publishing & Royalty, Quality Control & Production, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, dan Operasional. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis model persamaan struktural (SEM) melalui program AMOS 23.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan job demands berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan job berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pengaruh job demands terhadap job satisfaction dimoderasi oleh job autonomy. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pengaruh job demands terhadap job autonomy.

T his study aims to analyze the effect of job demands on job satisfaction moderated by job autonomy. This research was conducted at PT. Nagaswara Sakti with the number of employees 104.Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Nagaswara Sakti which consist of Digital Publishing & Royalty Division, Quality Control & Production Division, Accounting and Finance Division, Marketing Division, and Operational Division. Data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) through AMOS 23 program.Result shows that there is negative and significant influence from job demands to job satisfaction. The result shows that there is positive and significant influence from job autonomy to job satisfaction. The result shows that job autonomy moderates the influence of job demands on job satisfaction. The result shows that job demands influences the job autonomy.
