S tudi ini bertujuan untuk merancang fasilitas sanitasi pengolahan air limbah di Zona 1 DKI Jakarta dalam bentuk IPAL off-site system dilengkapi dengan unit pengolahan yang efisien dan ekonomis.Perencanaan ditempuh melalui tahap survei lokasi, pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, pengolahan dan analisis data, pemilihan alternatif unit, perhitungan detail desain unit, menggambar layoutdan unit, serta menyusun rencana anggaran biaya.Pengumpulan data primer berupa kualitas influen air limbah, fluktuasi BOD5dan TSS, serta analisis desain variabel unit dilakukan melalui evaluasi IPAL setara berlokasi di IPAL Tanah Tinggi Kota Tangerang. Karakteristik air limbah diperoleh dengan cara pengambilan sampel di inlet, outlet dan tiap unit pengolahan IPAL setara dengan metode grab sampling dan melalui literatur karakteristik air limbah domestik kota. Karakteristik air limbah influen terpilih dengan parameter TSS 119,25 mg/L, COD 615,01 mg/L dan BOD5 353,43 mg/L tidak memenuhi baku mutu standar efluen yang berlaku. Proses pengolahan limbah domestik dirancang dengan modifikasi lumpur aktif berupa comple-mix activated sludge, debit pengolahan198.000 m3/hari, luas lahan perencanaan 4,03 Ha. Dimensi tangki aerasi sebesar67,4 m × 33,7 m × 4,5 m sebanyak 8 unit mampu menyisihkan TSS 90%, BOD5 90%, COD 85% dan memenuhi nilai efluen standar berdasarkan baku mutu PerMenLH No.68 Tahun 2016. Total Biaya pembangunan IPAL sebesar Rp225.198.136.300,00

T his study aims to design wastewater treatment sanitation facilities in Zone 1 DKI Jakarta in the form of off-site system WWTP, equipped with efficient and economical processing unit. Planning is done through site survey, primary and secondary data collection, data processing and analysis, unit alternatives selection, detailed unit design calculations, drawing layout and units, and budget preparation plan. Primary data collection such as wastewater quality influent, fluctuation of BOD5 and TSS, and analysis of design variable units is done through evaluation of equivalent WWTP located at Tanah Tinggi WWTP Tangerang City. Wastewater characteristics were obtained by sampling in inlet, outlet and each unit of equivalent WWTP using grab sampling method and by literature of domestic wastewater characteristic for municipal. Wastewater characteristic chosen for this planning showed that wastewater quality influent of TSS 119.25 mg/L, COD 615.01 mg/L and BOD5 353.43 mg/L didn’t meet the prevailing standard based on effluent standard. Domestic wastewater treatment process is designed with activated sludge modification process (complete-mix activated sludge), average inflow 198.000 m3/day, and 4.03 Ha planning area. Dimension of aeration tank is 67.4 m × 33.7 m × 4.5 m of 8 units capable of removing TSS 90%, BOD5 90%, COD 85 % and meet the effluent standards based on Regulation of Environment Minister No.68 of 2016. Capital cost calculated RpRp225,198,136,300.00
