P embuatan mesin EDM Mikro dilakukan untuk mengembangkan mesin EDM yang sudah ada. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan rancang bangun dan penelitian tentang mekanik sumbu X, Y, Z dan menguji ketelitian geometri mesin EDM Mikro. Perancangan pada mesin di desain menggunakan Software Solidwork. Panjang langkah setiap sumbu Z = 69.6 mm, X = 300 mm, dan Y = 150 mm. Setiap sumbu memiliki motor penggerak yang independen, berupa pengadaan komponen ball screw, linear guide dan bantalan. Pemesinan dirakit dan di uji kesalahan pitch ball screw 0.08 dan hasil ketelitian gerakan maksimal sumbu Z = 0.05 mm, X = 0.001 mm dan Y = 0.001 mm.

M aking a Micro EDM machine is done to make an existing EDM machine. In this final assignment, the research on the mechanics of the X, Y, Z axis was carried out and examined the accuracy of the geometry of the Micro EDM machine. The design of the machine is designed using Solidwork Software. The step length of each axis Z = 69.6 mm, X = 300 mm, and Y = 150 mm. Each axis has an independent drive motor, in the form of procurement of ball screw components, linear guides and bearings. Machining is assembly and the pitch ball screw error test is 0.08 and the accuracy of the maximal motion of the Z axis is = 0.05 mm, X = 0.001 mm and Y= 0.001 mm.
