Penentuan zona reservoir menggunakan data magnetotelluric (MT) , microearthquake (MEQ) dan metode fault and fracture density (FFD) pada lapangan panasbumi "ITE" Provinsi Nura Tenggara Timur
L apangan panasbumi “ITE†terletak di Pulau Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Objekpenelitian ini ditujukan untuk menentukan area reservoir menggunakan interpretasidata magnetotelluric, fault and fracture density (FFD) dan data microearthquake sertamemperkirakan potensi cadangan panasbumi daerah penelitian. Hasil interpretasikelurusan dan peta kontur FFD menunjukkan bahwa kelurusan daerah penelitianberarah baratlaut-tenggara dan timurlaut-baratdaya serta nilai densitas kontur FFD 1,5-2,5 km/km2 yang berasosiasi terhadap kemunculan manifestasi panasbumi.Berdasarkan data magnetotelluric, menunjukkan bahwa zona reservoir memilikiresistivitas ≥30 ohm-m pada kedalaman ±500-1100 m di bawah permukaan laut,berada pada timutlaut dan baratdaya daerah penelitian. Distribusi hiposentermicroearthquake menghasilkan trend rekahan bawah permukaan dominan berarahutara-selatan dan timurlaut-baratdaya, berasosiasi dengan kemunculan manifestasipanasbumi. Kompilasi dari ketiga data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa zonareservoir pada baratdaya daerah penelitian sebagai zona prospek dimana bila secarageologi, zona reservoir terletak di bawah Satuan Vulkanik Poco Rii (Qvr), SatuanKomplek Vulkanik Poco Leok (Qvl 2 dan Qvl 3), dan Satuan Komplek Vulkanik PocoMandosawu (Qmkb) serta struktur geologi berupa sesar turun juga struktur kawahmenjadi jalur permeabilitas. Selain itu, potensi cadangan panasbumi daerah penelitiansebesar ±279,74 MWe.
" ITE" geothermal field is located on the Flores island, East Nusa Tenggara. The objectof this research is to determine the reservoir area using interpretation ofmagnetotelluric, fault and fracture density (FFD) data and microearthquake data,also to estimate the geothermal reserve potential of the research area. The result ofthe alignment interpretation and the FFD contour map shows that the straightness ofthe research area trending northwest-southeast and northeast-southwest as well as thecontour of FFD density 1.5-2.5 km/km2 associated with the geothermal manifestation.Based on the magnetotelluric data, it shows that the reservoir zone has a resistivity of≥30 ohm-m at depths of ± 500-1100 m below sea level, located at the northwest andsouthwest of the study area. The microearthquake hypocenter distribution results in adominant north-south and northeast-southwest trending fault, associated withmanifestation of geothermal. The compilation of these three datas can be concludedthat the reservoir zone in the southwest of the study area as the prospect zone wherefor geologically, the reservoir zone is located under the Poco Rii Volcanic Unit (Qvr),the Poco Leok Volcanic Complex Unit (Qvl 2 and Qvl 3), and the Unit Volcano PocoMandosawu (Qmkb) as well as the geological structure in the form of a normal faultalso the crater into a permeability path. Meanwhile, the geothermal reserve potentialof this field is approximately ± 279,74 MWe.
