Pengaruh innovation culture, service innovation, innovation work behavior terhadap employee performance pada PT. Indorama Synthetics tbk
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Innovation Culture, Service Innovation, Innovation Work Behavior Terhadap Employee Performance karyawan PT. Indorama Synthetcis Tbk. Rumusan masalah adalah apakah terdapat Pengaruh Innovation Culture, Service Innovation, Innovation Work Behavior terhadap Employee Performance pada PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk.Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan software SPSS 26.0. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 75 karyawan PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari keseluruhan varieabel bebas Innovation Culture, Service Innovation, Innovation Work Behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat Employee Performance. Hal ini mendukung penelitian penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Alosani et al., dan Yasir et al. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pimpinan agar lebih meningkatkan Innovation Culture, Service Innovation, Innovation Work Behavior yang dapat meningkatkan Employee Performance.
T he goal of this study is to analyze the influence of Innovation Culture, Service Innovation, Innovation Work Behavior on Employee Performance of PT. Indorama Synthetcis Tbk. The formulation of the problem is whether there is an Influence of Innovation Culture, Service Innovation, Innovation Work Behavior on Employee Performance at PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk..The research conducted is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This research uses hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 software. The data in this study were collected from 75 employees of PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk using purposive sampling method. The results of the hypothesis test in this study indicate that the independent variables of Innovation Culture, Service Innovation, Innovation Work Behavior have a positive effect on the dependent variable of Employee Performance. This supports previous research conducted by Alosani et al., and Yasir et al. The results of this study are expected to provide input for leaders to further improve Innovation Culture, Service Innovation, Innovation Work Behavior which can improve Employee Performance.
