P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya belajar, motivasi belajar, percaya diri, perilaku belajar, dan kompetensi dosen terhadap prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa Program studi Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar; motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar; percaya diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar; perilaku belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar; kompetensi dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Pengaruh yang dapat dijelaskan oleh gaya belajar, motivasi belajar, percaya diri, perilaku belajar, dan kompetensi dosen berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar dalam penelitian ini sebesar 62,5%, sedangkan 37,5% mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel independen lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam model. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan gaya belajar, motivasi belajar, percaya diri, perilaku beajar, dan kompetensi dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Prodi Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti.

T his study aims to analyze the influence of learning styles, learning motivation, self-confidence, learning behavior, and lecturer competence on student achievement in Accounting Study Program students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University.The results of this study indicate that learning styles significantly influence learning achievement; learning motivation has a significant effect on learning achievement; self-confidence has a significant effect on learning achievement; learning behavior has a significant effect on learning achievement; lecturer competence has a significant effect on learning achievement. The influence that can be explained by learning style, learning motivation, self confidence, learning behavior, and lecturer competence influences learning achievement in this study by 62.5%, while 37.5% is able to be explained by other independent variables not included in the model. So it can be concluded learning styles, learning motivation, self confidence, learning behavior, and lecturer competence have a significant effect on student achievement in the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University.
