Human Capital terbagi 3 variabel yaitu Capability and Potential, Motivation and Commitment, dan Innovation and Learning. Motivation and commitment hanya memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja return on investment dengan nilai signifikan 3,1.
T he quality and performance of a company are not only seen from the tangible value aspect such as finance or physical facilities but more from the intangible value aspect, one of which is Human Capital (IIC). Human Capital is divided into 3 variables, namely Capability and Potential, Motivation and Commitment, and Innovation and Learning. HC plays an important role and is a valuable "asset" in a company. This study aims to determine which Human Capital variables most affect the performance of Pertamina Geothermal Energy using the multiple linear regression method. In multiple regression testing, f-test and t-test tests are carried out to test the linearity of multiple regression between 3 (three) independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable and to measure how much influence the independent variables individually have on the dependent variable using SPSS 17.0 software. By using these methods, we can obtain which HC variables and regression coefficients have the greatest influence on PGE's performance. The capability and potential variables are the HC variables that have the most influence on performance indicators, namely return on investment, ebit margin, asset turnover ratio, profit, availability, and combined performance. The biggest influence on the return on investment performance indicator and combined performance with a significant value of 0.1. Motivation and commitment only have an effect on return on investment performance with a significant value of 3.1. While the Innovation and learning variable only has an effect on utilization performance with a significant value of 1.8.
