Pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap competitive advantage dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai pemediasi
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green intellectual capital (green relational capital, green human capital dan green structural capital) terhadap competitive advantage dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai pemediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner bantuan google forms. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan yang memiliki keterlibatan dengan divisi R&D, pemasaran, SDM dan departemen perlindungan lingkungan yang berkerja di perusahaan manufaktur wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi (JABODETABEK). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 260 dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah SPSS.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Green human capital, green relational capital dan green structural capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap competitive advantage, (2) Corporate social responsibility, green relational capital, green human capital dan green structural capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap competitive advantage, (3) Corporate social responsibility mampu memediasi pengaruh green relational capital, green human capital dan green structural capital terhadap competitive advantage
T his study aims to find out the influence green intellectual capital (green relational capital, green human capital dan green structural capital) on competitive advantage with corporate social responsibility as intervening variable. The study used primary data collected through a google forms help questionnaire. The population in this study is employees who have involvement with R&D, marketing, human resource and environmental protection division working in manufactury companies in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (JABODETABEK). The number of samples used is as many as 260 using the convenience sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS.The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis show that:(1) Green human capital, green relational capital and green structural capital had a positive effect on competitive advantage, (2) Corporate social responsibility, green human capital, green relational capital and green structural capital had a positive effect on competitive advantage, (3) Corporate social responsibility is able to mediate the influence of green human capital, green relational capital and green structural capital on competitive advantage
