Perencanaan bangunan pengolahan air minum IPA Cimanggis di Kota Depok
D alam meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan air minum bagi masyarakat Kota Depok,perlu adanya pembangunan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Minum (IPA) di daerahKecamatan Cimanggis, Kota Depok dengan kapasitas 150 L/detik yang terdiriatas 2 modul IPA dengan kapasitas masing-masing 75 L/detik. IPA yangdirencanakan harus memenuhi persyaratan kualitas menurut PerMenKes No, 492Tahun 2010. IPA menggunakan air baku dari Sungai Ciliwung segmen tengahyang berlokasi di Kelurahan Tugu. Parameter yang perlu diolah terdiri atas TSS,BOD, COD, DO, fecal coliform, dan total coliform. IPA direncanakan pada lahanseluas 12,073 Ha di Kelurahan Tugu, Kecamatan Cimanggis. IPA Cimanggisterdiri atas unit intake, koagulasi, flokulasi, sedimentas, filtrasi, desinfeksi, danreservoir. Kriteria desain diperoleh dari IPA eksisting; IPA Legong Konvensional2 yang memiliki efisiensi penyisihan 96,19% dan air hasil pengolahan memenuhipersyaratan PerMenKes No, 492 Tahun 2010, sehingga hasil evaluasi dapatdijadikan sebagai kriteria desain IPA Cimanggis. Kapasitas intake IPA Cimanggissebesar 150 L/detik menggunakan sistem perpompaan menuju IPA. Jumlahpompa intake sebanyak 3 buah. Setiap pompa beroperasi dengan debit 75 L/detikdan memiliki head 55 m. Unit koagulasi hidrolis dengan terjunan terdiri atas 2bak. PAC digunakan sebagai koagulan dengan dosis 27,5 mg/L. Pembubuhankoagulan dilakukan dengan bantuan pompa dosing. Unit flokulasi hidrolis denganup-down flow terdiri atas 2 bak, setiap bak terdiri atas 6 kompartemen. Unitsedimentasi dengan plate settler terdiri atas 4 bak. Unit filtrasi pasir cepat dengandual media; pasir dan antrasit terdiri atas 6 bak. Desinfeksi menggunakan NaOCldengan dosis 32,50 mg/L dibubuhkan pada reservoir dengan bantuan pompadosing. Unit reservoir dengan tipe ground reservoir terdiri atas 2 bak dengankapasitas masing-masing 150 m³. Pengaliran air dari unit koagulasi menujureservoir dilakukan secara gravitasi. Biaya pembangunan IPA Cimanggis sebesarRp8.411.315.611,41 atau setara Rp56.075.437,41 per L/detik dan biayapembebasan lahan sebesar Rp90.545.917.500,00.
T o increase the coverage of drinking water services of Depok City, it is requiredto build a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in the Cimanggis District, Depok Citywith a capacity of 150 L/second that consisting of 2 modules with a capacity of 75L/second each. The planned WTP must fulfill the quality requirements accordingto the Minister of Health Regulation No, 492 Year 2010. The WTP uses raw waterfrom the middle segment of the Ciliwung River which is located in Tugu Subdistrict. TSS, BOD, COD, DO, fecal coliform, and total coliform are the parameters that require treatment. The WTP is planned on an area of 12.073 Ha located in Tugu Sub-district, Cimanggis District. Cimanggis IPA consists ofintake, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, andreservoir units. Design criteria are obtained from the existing IPA; ConventionalLegong 2 WTP which has 96.19% removal efficiency and the water producedcomplies with Minister of Health Regulation No, 492 Year 2010, therefore it canthe evaluation results can be applied as design criteria for the Cimanggis WTP.The intake capacity of the Cimanggis IPA is 150 L/second that using a pumpingsystem to the IPA. It is equipped with 3 intake pumps. Each pump operates with aflow rate of 75 L/sec and has a head of 55 m. The hydraulic coagulation unitconsists of 2 basins. PAC is used as a coagulant at a dose of 27.5 mg/L.Coagulants are added by dosing pump. The hydraulic flocculation unit with updown flow consists of 2 basins, each tank consists of 6 compartments. Thesedimentation unit with plate settler consists of 4 basins. Rapid sand filter unitwith dual media; sand and anthracite consist of 6 basins. Disinfection usingNaOCl at a dose of 32.50 mg/L is applied in the reservoir through a dosing pump.The reservoir unit with the ground reservoir type consists of 2 basins with acapacity of 150 m³ each. Water flows from the coagulation unit to the reservoir bymeans of gravity. The cost of building of the Cimanggis WTP is Rp.8,411,315.611.41 or equivalent to Rp. 56,075,437.41 per L/second and the cost ofland acquisition is Rp. 90,545,917,500.00.
