P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh TransformationalLeadership, Compensation, Organizational Culture terhadap EmployeePerformance yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Data yang digunakan padapenelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diambil melalui penyebaran kuesionerdengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan karyawanindustry pertelevisian di MNC group sebanyak 200 responden. Alat analisa padapenelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakanAMOS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa TransformationalLeadership, Compensation, Organizational Culture memiliki pengaruh terhadapEmployee Performance dan juga terhadap Job Satisfaction. Pada hasil selanjutnyaJob Satisfaction dapat memediasi Transformational Leadership terhadapEmployee Performance, Compensation terhadap Employee Performance danOrganizational Culture terhadap Employee Performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini,disarankan kepada pihak manajer untuk mempertahankan tingkat EmployeePerformance dengan cara meningkatkan jiwa kepemimpinan dan menciptakanorganisasi yang sehat serta dibarengi oleh kesejahteraan karyawan ,dengan begitu karyawan akan merasa puas dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership,Compensation, Organizational Culture on Employee Performance mediated byJob Satisfaction. The data used in this study is primary data taken through thedistribution of questionnaires using a purposive sampling method involvingemployees of the television industry in the MNC group as many as 200respondents. The analytical tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using AMOS version 21. The results of this study found thatTransformational Leadership, Compensation, Organizational Culture have aninfluence on Employee Performance and also on Job Satisfaction. In the nextresult, Job Satisfaction can mediate Transformational Leadership on EmployeePerformance, Compensation on Employee Performance and OrganizationalCulture on Employee Performance. From the results of this study, it is suggestedto the manager to maintain the level of Employee Performance by increasing theleadership spirit and creating a healthy organization accompanied by employeewelfare, so that employees will feel satisfied in carrying out their work.
