S Salah satu Sistem telekomunikasi nir kabel antar komputer dinamakan ALOHA, yang berdasar kepada prinsip Akses Acak. Masalah yang timbul pada sistim ALOHA murni atau Pure-ALOHA adalah adanya tabrakan (collision) antar paket yang dikirimkan. Untuk mengurangi collision ALOHA konvensional (Pure ALOHA) dimodifikasi menjadi Slotted ALOHA dengan tujuan mengurangi collision pada paket-paket yang dikirim. Modifikasi ini meningkatkan throughput sistim menjadi 2 kali lebih tinggi. Namun Collision masih tetap ada pada sistim S-ALOHA sehingga perlu upaya memperbaiki sistim, yaitu dengan memodifikasi Slotted ALOHA dengan CDMA, Dalam tesis ini dilakuk perhitungan Throughput, sebagai salah satu ukuran kinerja dari sistem CDMA.
A Amongst Telecommunications system between computers there has been one based on Random Access principle, called ALOHA system. Traditional Problem has been arising out of the system of ALOHA or Pure-Aloha due to the existence of collisions between packets delivered at the medium. To lessen this conventional ALOHA ( Pure ALOHA) collisions problem, modified version of the ALOHA, called Slotted ALOHA was built , which has ended up to improve systems throughput become twice higher. However, S-Aloha system still maintain collision problems, the stance which motivate a further improvement of the system performance. This thesis does some analysis to the so called Slotted ALOHA-CDMA system, whic can be one among candidates of ALOHA 400, improvement methods. The Through is tiiii measure of systems of Slotted ALOHA CD upo i which t ied but. .The Throughput of the Slotted ALO CDMA p , from the Bit Error Rate of the systems, there ore to derive the —throughput, one has to first analyse the BER. The BER calculation can be carried out in two way : either with a model of Fading, or with the Approxima Gaussian Standard or of Improved Gaussian. By considering the impairment model due to a simple formula of Gaussian Standard approximation, this Thesis then calculated the value of BER and subsequently the value of S-Aloha CDMA throughput. The Results have indicated that the Throughput with Gaussian Standard approximation for Procesing Gain ( G), Amount of user ( k), ratio of Eb/No, and value of Length
