Pengaruh corporate social responsibility dan environmental consciousness terhadap green intellectual capital serta dampaknya terhadap green competitive advantage
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dan Environmental Consciousness terhadap Green Intellectual Capital serta Dampaknya terhadap Green Competitive Advantage. Variabel independen adalah corporate social responsibility dan environmental consciousness, variabel dependen adalah green competitive advantage, dan variabel intervening adalah green intellectual capital yang diukur dengan green human capital, green structural capital, dan green relational capital. Penelitian ini memperoleh data dari data primer. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini model persamaan struktural (structural equation model). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan environmental consciousness berpengaruh positif terhadap green intellectual capital, dan green intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap green competitive advantage. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh langsung corporate social responsibility dan environmental consciousness terhadap green intellectual capital. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa green intellectual capital memediasi corporate social responsibility dan environmental consciousness terhadap green competitive advantage.
T his study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Consciousness on Green Intellectual Capital and Its Impact on Green Competitive Advantage. The independent variables in this study are corporate social responsibility and environmental consciousness, the dependent variable in this study is green competitive advantage, and intervening variable in this study is green intellectual capital with green human capital, green structural capital, and green relational capital as a proxy. This study obtained data from primary data. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 120 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is a structural equation model. The results of this study indicate that corporate social responsibility and environmental consciousness has a positive effect on green intellectual capital, and green intellectual capital has a positive effect on green competitive advantage.This study found that there are no direct influence of corporate social responsibility and environmental consciousness on green competitive advantage. Thus, this study found that green intellectual capital mediates the influnce of corporate social responsibility and environmental consciousness on green competitive advantage
