Hubungan participation in decision making dengan perceived insider status yang di mediasi oleh perceived organizational support pada karyawan tetap PT. Pertamina EP Di Jakarta
T ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan hubungan Participation In Desion Making terhadap Perceived Insider Status yang dimediasi oleh Perceived Organizational Support pada karyawan tetap PT. Pertamina EP di Jakarta. Dalam pengumpulan data di dapat sampel sebanyak 93 karyawan tetap kantor pusat PT. Pertamina EP di Jakarta. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Participation In Decesion Making memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Perceived Organizational Support dengan hasil sebesar p-value 0.000 < alpha 0.05 dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,320. Perceived Organizational Support memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap Perceived Insider Status dengan hasil sebesar nilai p-value sebesar 0,273 > 0,05 dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,157. Participation In Decesion Making memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Perceived Insider Status dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai beta sebesar 0,443. Serta terdapat hubungan negatif Participation in Decision Making dengan Perceived Insider Status yang dimediasi oleh Perceived Organizational Support. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa perusahaan harus memberikan kepercayaan kepada karyawannya, memberikan pernghargaan pada karyawan, serta memberikan apresiasi kepada karyawan.
T he purpose of this research is to analyze and explain between Participation in Decision Making and Perceived Insider Status that mediated by Perceived Organizational Support in employee’s of PT. Pertamina EP in Jakarta. Data were collected from 93 employee’s at PT. Pertamina EP in Jakarta. Method of data analysis using structural equation model analysis through SEM program version 7. The result examined that there are positive relationship Participation in Decision Making with Perceived Organizational Support with p-value 0.000 < alpha 0.05 and beta value 0,320. There are negative relationship Perceived Organizational Support with Perceived Insider Status with p-value 0,273 > 0,05 and beta value 0,157. There are positive relationship Participation in Decision Making with Perceived Insider Status with p-value 0,000 < 0,05 and beta value 0,443 , and there are negative relationship Participation in Decision Making with Perceived Insider Status mediated by Perceived Organizational Support. The implication of this research is the company should trust their employees, give the employees an awards and appreciates their employees.
