Pengaruh GHRM, green perceived organizational support, green transformational leadership, green self efficacy terhadap green creativity karyawan Hotel Cisarua
P enelitianinibertujuanuntukmenganalisisPengaruhGHRM,green perceived organizational support,green transformational leadership,green self efficacy terhadapgreen creativitykaryawan Hotel Cisarua. Sampel yang digunakandalam penelitian ini berjumlah 135 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu mengguna kanpur posive sampling.Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang bekerja di Hotel Cisarua. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode multiple linear regression (analisisregresi berganda). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa GHRM berpengaruh positif terhadap green creativity, green perceived organizational support tidak memenuhi batas uji reliabilitas (unreliable) sehingga seluruh item pernyataan tidak dapat digunakan,green transformational leadership berpengaruh negatif terhadap green creativity, green self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap green creativity. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini mengharuskan manajermampu mengidentifikasi masalah hotel, melakukan riset apakah karyawan merasakan adanya dukungan dalam pemberian reward, mendaur limbah organik, memotivasi dan mengembangkan minat karyawan.

Respondents in this study were employees who worked at Cisarua’s Hotel.Hypothesistesting is carried out using themultiple liniar regression method. The resultof this study indicate that GHRM has a positive effect on green creativity, green perceived organizational support doesn’t meet the reliability test limits (unreliable) so that all statement items can’t be used, green transformational leadership has a negative effect on green creativity, green self efficacy has a positive effect on green creativity.The managerial implications of this research require managers to be able to identify hotel problems, conduct research on whether employees feel supported in giving awards, disposing of organic waste, motivating, and developing employee interest
