P Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Engagement terhadap Work-life Balance yang dimediasi oleh Work Satisfaction dan Burnout pada karyawan PT. Bank BNI di Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dari 150 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai metode penarikan sampel dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank BNI di Jakarta. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini adalah uji instrumental berupa uji validitas dan uji reabilitas.Metodeanalisis data untuk mengukur statistik deskriptif dengan program SPSS Versi 22 dan AMOS 22.Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif WorkEngagement terhadap Work Satisfaction, pengaruh positif Work Engagement terhadap Burnout, perngaruh positif Work Satisfaction terhadap Work-life Balance, pengaruh positif Burnout terhadap Work-life Balance, pengaruh positif Work Engagement terhadap Work-life Balance, pengaruh positif Work Engagement terhadap Work-life Balance yang dimediasi Work Satisfaction dan terdapat pengaruh positif Work Engagement terhadap Work-life Balance yang dimediasi Burnout. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan variabel work engagement yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap meningkatkan work-life balance seperti pernyataan karyawan setuju dengan waktu berlalu cepat ketika saya sedang bekerja belum bisa diterapkan dan harus lebih diperhatikan lagi.

T The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Work Engagement on Work-life Balance mediated by Work Satisfaction and Burnout among PT. Bank BNI in Jakarta. Data were collected from 150 respondents using purposive sampling as a sampling method and the samples used in this study were employees of PT. Bank BNI in Jakarta. The technique used to analyze this research is an instrumental test in the form of a validity test and a reliability test. Methods of data analysis to measure descriptive statistics using the SPSS Version 22 and AMOS 22 programs. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study show that there is a positive effect of Work Engagement on Work Satisfaction, a positive effect of Work Engagement on Burnout, a positive effect of Work Satisfaction on Work-life Balance, positive effect of Burnout on Work-life Balance, positive effect of Work Engagement on Work-life Balance, positive effect of Work Engagement on Work-life Balance mediated by Work Satisfaction and there is a positive effect of Work Engagement on Work-life Balance mediated by Burnout. The managerial implication in this study is to increase the work engagement variable which has no effect on improving work-life balance, such as statements by employees agreeing that time passes quickly when I am at work cannot yet be implemented and needs more attention.
