P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, Work Engagement, dan Organizational-citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Tbk. di Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Servant Leadership sebagai variabel bebas serta Innovative Work Behavior, Work Engagement, dan Organizational-citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel terikat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari 131 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Tbk. di Tangerang melalui pengisian kuisioner berupa google form dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, terdapat pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Work Engagement, dan terdapat pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational-citizenship Behavior (OCB). Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menekan Servant Leadership dan meningkatkan serta mempertahankan Innovative Work Behavior, Work Engagement, dan Organizational-citizenship Behavior (OCB) Servant Leadership pada Karyawan PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Tbk. di Tangerang. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk pihak pimpinan dapat lebih meningkatkan standar kepemimpinan minimal, perlu memfasilitasi ide-ide kreatif karyawannya, perlu meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, dan perlu memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawan agar tercipta harmonisasi di perusahaan.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior, Work Engagement, and Organizational-citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Tbk. in Tangerang. This study uses Servant Leadership as the independent variable and Innovative Work Behavior, Work Engagement, and Organizational-citizenship Behavior as the dependent variable. The research design used in this study is a quantitative method. The data in the study were collected from 131 employees who work at PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Tbk. in Tangerang by filling out a questionnaire in the form of a google form using purposive sampling. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is an influence of Servant Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior, there is an influence of Servant Leadership on Work Engagement, and there is an influence of Servant Leadership on Organizational-citizenship Behavior (OCB). The results of this study are expected to suppress Servant Leadership and improve and maintain Innovative Work Behavior, Work Engagement, and Organizational-citizenship Behavior (OCB) Servant Leadership in PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Tbk. in Tangerang. From the results of this study, it is suggested that the leadership can further improve the minimum standard of leadership, it is necessary to facilitate the creative ideas of its employees, it is necessary to increase employee involvement, and it is necessary to pay attention to the needs of employees in order to create harmonization in the company.
