Pengaruh training program dan career development terhadap employee engagement dan implikasinya terhadap employee performance di divisi precast dan divisi readymix & quarry PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh training program dancareer development terhadap employee engagement dan implikasinya terhadapemployee performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan training program dan careerdevelopment sebagai variabel independen, employee engagement sebagai variabelintervening, dan employee performance sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisisStructural Equation Method (SEM) dan didukung data primer dan sekunder denganmetode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah 259 responden.Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa duavariabel independen yaitu training program (0,585) dan career development(0,351) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel intervening yaituemployee engagement. Dua variabel independen tersebut juga mempunyaipengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel dependen yaitu employee performance,yang mana training program memiliki nilai sebesar 0,141, dan career developmentmemiliki nilai sebesar 0,232. Selain itu, variabel intervening yaitu employeeengagement (0,387) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel dependenyaitu employee performance. Penelitian ini juga meneliti pengaruh tidak langsungantara training program terhadap employee performance dimediasi oleh employeeengagement sebesar 0,08 dan antara career development terhadap employeeperformance dimediasi oleh employee engagement sebesar 0,14. Kedua pengaruhtidak langsung tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang positif.
T This research was conduct to analyze the influence of training programand career development on employee engagement and its implication on employeeperformance. This research used training program and career development as theindependent variables and employee engagement as the intervening variable, andemployee performance as the dependent variable. This study usedquantitative methodology with Structural Equation Method (SEM) and usedprimer and secondary data, the data analysis by collecting questionnairerespondents. There are 259 respondents in this research.The results of this research showed that both independent variables weretraining program (0.585) and career development (0.385) had a positive impact tothe intervening variable that was employee engagement. Both independentvariables also had a positive impact to the dependent variable that was employeeperformance, which was training program (0.141) and career development (0.232).Furthermore, employee engagement as an intervening variable (0.387) hadkapositive impact to the dependent variable that was employee performance. Thisresearch also examined indirect effects between training program on employeeperformance that mediated by employee engagement about 0.08 and indirect effectsbetween career development on employee performance that mediated by employeeengagement about 0.14
