P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Reward and Recognition danPerceived Organizational Support terhadap Employee Performance denganEmployee Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan perusahaan Ecommerce di Jakarta. Sampel yang terkumpul sebanyak 142 responden denganmenggunakan metode Snow Ball dan untuk mengolah data menggunakan aplikasiAMOS. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Reward and Recognition berpengaruhterhadap Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition berpengaruh terhadapEmployee Performance, Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh terhadapEmployee Engagement, Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh terhadapEmployee Performance, Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadapEmployee Performance, Employee Engagement tidak memediasi antara Rewardand Recognition dan Employee Performance, dan Employee Engagement tidakmemediasi antara Perceived Organizational Support dan Employee Performance.Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini adalah Reward and Recognition harusdipertahankan disetiap perusahaan, hal ini berguna untuk memberikan penghargaandan pengakuan yang seharusnya didapatkan karyawan dengan kinerja dan dedikasiyang diberikan kepada perusahaan dalam memajukan dan mencapaikan tujuanperusahaan e-commerce dan Perceived Organizational Support harus di tingkatkandengan memberikan sebuah insentif atau bonus kepada karyawan hal ini dilakukanagar karyawan merasakan bahwa mereka diakui dan dihargai atas kerja keras yangdiberikan kepada perusahaan.
T This research aims to analyze the influence of Reward and Recognition andPerceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance with EmployeeEngagement as a mediating variable for employees of E-commerce companies inJakarta. The research results showedthat Reward and Recognition had an effect on Employee Engagement, Reward andRecognition had an effect on Employee Performance, Perceived OrganizationalSupport had an effect on Employee Engagement, Perceived Organizational Supporthad an effect on Employee Performance, Employee Engagement had no effect onEmployee Performance, Employee Engagement did not mediate between Rewardand Recognition and Employee Performance, and Employee Engagement do notmediate between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Performance.the managerial implication in this research is that Reward and Recognition mustbe maintained in every company, this is useful for providing awards and recognitionthat employees should get with the performance and dedication given to thecompany in advancing and achieving company goals. e-commerce and PerceivedOrganizational Support must be increased by providing incentives or bonuses toemployees. This is done so that employees feel that they are recognized andappreciated for the hard work given to the company.
