Faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan energi di Bursa Efek Indonesia
P enelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji faktor – faktor yangdapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan energi yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 27 perusahaanenergi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2014 – 2020.Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu cashflow, leverage,current ratio, tangible fixed asset, intangible asset, company size, personnel expensedan sales growth, serta variabel dependennya return on asset dan EBITDA margin.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Current ratio dan company sizeberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui perhitungan ROA danMGEBITDA. Leverage dan personnel expenses berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerjaperusahaan melalui perhitungan ROA dan MGEBITDA. Sedangkan cashflow,tangible fixed asset, intangible asset serta sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadapkinerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaranbagi perusahaan energi untuk meningkatkan current ratio dan company sizeperusahaan serta mampu memaksimalkan dan mengelola dengan baik leverage danpersonnel expenses.
T his study aims to determine what’s factors that can affect the performanceof energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used inthis study were 27 energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in theperiod 2014 – 2020. The independent variables used in this study were cash flow,leverage, current ratio, tangible fixed assets, intangible assets, company size,personnel expense. and sales growth, and the dependent variables are return on assetsand EBITDA margin. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio andcompany size have a positive effect on company performance through the calculationof ROA and MGEBITDA. Leverage and personnel expenses have a negative effecton company performance through the calculation of ROA and MGEBITDA.Meanwhile, cash flow, tangible fixed assets, intangible assets and sales growth haveno effect on the company's performance. The results of this study are expected to beable to provide an overview for energy companies to increase the current ratio andcompany size of the company and be able to maximize and manage leverage andpersonnel expenses properly.
