P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis “PengaruhLeadership dan Employee Motivation terhadap Employee Performance†Sampelyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 responden yang bekerja di KlinikGigi Utama dan Pribadi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisi SEM.Hasil dari penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis Leadership memiliki pengaruh positifterhadap Employee Motivation, Employee Motivation memiliki pengaruh positifterhadap Employee Performance, Leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadapEmployee Performance dengan Employee Motivation sebagai variabel mediasi.Penelitian ini menghasilkan implikasi bagi pemilik dan bagian manajemen KlinikGigi Utama dan Pribadi untuk meningkatkan Employee Performance denganmemperhatikan serta meningkatkan Employee Motivation dan Leadership, sehingga pada akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi Employee Performance
T This study aims to test and analyze "The Influence of Leadership and EmployeeMotivation on Employee Performance" The sample used in this study was 150respondents who worked at the Main and Private Dental Clinic Companies. Testingwas carried out using SEM analysis. The results of this study support the hypothesisthat Leadership has a positive influence on Employee Motivation, EmployeeMotivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Leadership has a positiveinfluence on Employee Performance with Employee Motivation as a mediatingvariable. This research has implications for the owner and management of the MainDental Clinic and Personal to improve Employee Performance by paying attention toand increasing Employee Motivation and Leadership, so that in the end it can affect Employee Performance.
