P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leadership style danorganizational culture terhadap employee performance melalui employeemotivation. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primeryang bersumber langsung dari objek pada penelitian ini, yaitu salah satuperusahaan tambang di Jakarta PT Bayan Resources Tbk. Sampel pada penelitianini dipilih menggunakan metode non probability sampling sehingga memperoleh175 responden yang menjadi sampel dari populasi sebanyak 230. Analisis datayang digunakan dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk menguji tingkatvaliditas dan reliabilitas dari tiap-tiap item pernyataan yang digunakan, sertamenggunakan program SEM AMOS untuk menguji tiap-tiap hipotesis dalampenelitian ini. Hasil penelitian hubungan langsung menunjukkan bahwaorganizational culture berpengaruh positif pada employee motivation danemployee motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance.Namun, tidak ada pengaruh positif antara leadership style terhadap employeemotivation dan employee performance, dan organizational culture terhadapemployee performance. Selanjutnya, pada hubungan tidak langsungorganizational culture berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance,namun, leadership style tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap employeeperformance, kedua hubungan variabel dimediasi dengan employee motivation.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and and organizationalculture to employee performance with employee motivation as a mediatorvariable. The data used in this study is primary data sourced directly from theobjects in this study, one of mining company in Jakarta, PT Bayan ResourcesTbk. The sample in this study was selected using the non probability samplingmethod so that 175 respondents were obtained as samples from a total populationof 230. Analysis of the data used the SPSS program to test each statement item'svalidity and reliability and use the SEM AMOS program to test each hypothesis inthis study. The results revealed that there is a direct effect positive effects betweenorganizational culture and employee motivation. The results also revealed apositive effects between employee motivation and employee performance.However, there is no positive impact between leadership style and employeemotivation and employee performance also there is no positive impact betweenorganizational culture and employee performance. Furthermore, for the indirecteffect there is a positive impact between organizational culture and employeeperformance, yet, there is no positive impact between leadership style andemployee performance, both with employee motivation as mediator variable.
