P Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kondisi karyawan yang harus mampu menjagakeseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadinya. Keseimbangan ini akanmempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan karena akan menciptakan budaya kerjadan kehidupan pribadi yang saling mendukung.Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah: Apakah work-life balance berpengaruhterhadap job performance? Apakah work-life balance berpengaruh terhadapemployee engagement? Apakah responsible leadership memiliki pengaruh terhadapemployee engagement? Apakah reward and compensation berpengaruh padaemployee engagement? Apakah reward and compensation berpengaruh terhadapjob performance? Apakah employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap jobperformance?Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Untuk menganalisis pengaruhwork-life balance terhadap job performance. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh worklifebalance terhadap employee engagement. Untuk menganalisis pengaruhresponsible leadership terhadap employee engagement. Untuk melihat pengaruhreward and compensations terhadap employee engagement. Untuk menganalisispengaruh reward and compensations terhadap job performance. Untukmenganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap job performance.Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hipotesis dengan SEM-PLS.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakanskala likert.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: work-life balance tidak berpengaruhterhadap job performance, work-life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap employeeengagement, responsible leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap employeeengagement, reward and compensation berpengaruh positif terhadap employeeengagement, reward and compensation tidak berpengaruh terhadap jobperformance, employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance.Kata Kunci: Work-Life Balance, Responsible Leadership, Reward

Does employee engagement havean influence on job performance?The objectives of this research were to analyze the influence of work-life balance on jobperformance. To analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee engagement. Toanalyze the influence of responsible leadership on employee engagement. To analyze theinfluence of rewards and compensation on employee engagement. To analyze theinfluence of rewards and compensation on job performance. To analyze the influence ofemployee engagement on job performance.. The methodology of this research usehypothesis testing using SEM-PLS. Data was collected using questionnaire with themeasurement using Likert scale.Hypothesis testing results showed: work-life balance have no effect on job performance,work-life balance has a positive effect on employee engagement, responsible leadershiphas a positive effect on employee engagement, reward and compensation positive effecton employee engagement, reward and compensation has no effect on job performance ,employee engagement has a positive effect on job performance.
