P Proses penulisan tugas akhir ini tidak mudah dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Puji syukur saya panjatkan kepada Allah swt, karena kepadaNya saya dapat menyelesaikan Tesis ini. Penulisan Tesis ini dilakukan dalam rangka memenuhi salah satu syarat untuk mencapai gelar Magister Manajemen. T The problems of this research come from phenomenon and problem at PT AAB related to transformational leadersip and organizational culture.The Objective of the research were : (1) To analyze wheter Transformational leadership have a positive and significant influence on employee engagement ?; (2) To analyze wheter organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on Employee engagement?; (3) To analyze wheter employee engagement have a positive and significant influence on job performance?; (4) To analyze wheter Transformational leadership have a positive and significant influence on job performance; (5) organization culture does not have an impact on Job performance (5) To analyze wheter Transformational leadership have a positive and significant influence on Job performance? (6) To analyze wheter work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance? (7) To analyze wheter work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and job performance?. This study was a weak generalization because the data sample collected only from employees PT AAB. This research also only examined four variables : Transformational leadership, organizational culture, work engagement and job performance.The methodology of this research use hypothesis testing. Data was collected using questionnaire with the measurement using Likert scale. The samples of this research are employees PT AAB.The result of this study indicates that : (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement (2) Organizatinal culture has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement (3) employee engagement has a positive and significant influence on Job performance (4) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on Job performance (5) organizational culture does not have an impact on Job performance(6) work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance (7) work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and job performance.
