P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh compensation dan job satisfaction terhadap employee performance dimediasi employee engagement pada bank swasta di Jakarta. Permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Apakah Compensation memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee performance? (2) Apakah job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee performance? (3) Apakah Compensation memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee performance dimediasi Employee Engagement? (4) Apakah job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee performance dimediasi oleh employee engagement?Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah Metode penarikan sampel Purposive sampling (Karyawan Bank ) dengan jumlah sampel yang terkumpul sebanyak 165 responden dan jumlah pertanyaan yang diajukan sebanyak 19 pertanyaan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh dari Compensation terhadap employee performance. Selain itu, adanya pengaruh signifikan dari job satisfaction terhadap employee performance. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Compensation terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi Employee Engagement dan terdapat juga pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement.

T This study aims to determine the effect of effect of Compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance in employee engagement mediation at private sector banks in Jakarta. The problems in this study are as follows: (1) Does Compensation have an effect on employee performance? (2) Does job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance? (3) Does Compensation have an influence on employee performance mediated by Employee Engagement? (4) Does job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance mediated by employee engagement?The sampling method used was purposive sampling method (bank employees) with a total sample of 165 respondents and 19 questions asked.The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of Compensation on employee performance. In addition, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The results of this study also show that there is an influence of Compensation on employee performance which is mediated by Employee Engagement and there is also an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement.
