Pengkajian ulang performa pompa pemadam kebakaran p301-1 PT.Pertamina Depot LPG Tanjung Priok Jakarta
D alam industri minyak dan gas pompa pemadam kebakaran adalah salah satu peralatan yang sangat penting, karena keadaan nya yang vital dan menyangkut tingkat keselamatan asset dan pekerja. Faktor utama dalam pompa yang harus terpenuhi adalah performa pompa yang sesuai dengan data sheet awal pompa & Standard NFPA-20 yang telah ditetapkan. Apabila performa pompa turun maka akan menghambat proses transfer fluida baik dalam waktu ataupun dalam debit yang dialirkan. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada pompa P-301-A dan jaringan sistem perpipaanya, fluida yang ditransferkan berupa fire water, peran dan fungsi dari satuan pemadam kebakaran sangat diperlukan, terutama pompa utama yang berfungsi mengalirkan air bertekanan. Terdapat enam unit pompa pemadam kebakaran yang disiagakan di Depot LPG Tanjung Priok, Jakarta. Pampa-pompa inilah yang akan menjadi pilar utama didalam mendistribusikan air dari tangki penyimpanan air ke seluruh area Depot LPG, manakala terjadi kebakaran. Proses pengambilan data untuk performansi pompa dilakukan dengan cara mengukur langsung di site dengan alat ukur : pressure gauge, flow meter dan tachometer kemudian data tersebut di input ke format Ms. Excel untuk mendapatkan performance curve pompa P-301-A. Perhitungan performansi pompa pemadam kebakaran P-301-A ini meliputi : perhitungan bilangan Reynold, faktor gesekan, total head loss, daya hidrolik pompa, dan NPSHa. Hasil dari pengkajian ulang yang diperoleh performansi pompa P-301-A menunjukkan bahwa pompa performansinya memenuhi lima persyaratan Standard NFPA 20 yaitu : nilai shut off pressure comply dibawah 140 % (150 psi), nilai duty point comply di 100% (2500 gpm & 150 psi), nilai kapasitas di 150% comply (3750 gpm), nilai pressure drop comply diatas 65% (120 psi), dan nilai NPSHa > NPSHr (55,9 feet > 16.3 feet), pompa tersebut dalam keadaan baik, dan siap untuk digunakan kapan saja diperlukan.

If the performance of the pump decreases, it will hamper the fluid transfer process either in time or in the flow rate. Data retrieval is carried out on the P-301-A pump and its piping system network, the fluid transferred is in the form of fire water, the role and function of the fire fighting unit is very necessary, especially the main pump which functions to drain pressurized water. There are six units of fire pumps on standby at the Tanjung Priok LPG Depot, Jakarta. These pumps will be the main pillars in distributing water from water storage tanks to all areas of the LPG Depot, in the event of a fire. The process of collecting data for pump performance is carried out by measuring directly on site with measuring instruments: pressure gauge, flow meter and tachometer then the data is inputted into Ms. Excel to get the P-301-A pump performance curve. The calculation of the performance of the P-301-A fire pump includes: calculation of the Reynolds number, friction factor, total head loss, hydraulic power of the pump, and NPSHa. The results of the re-examination obtained that the performance of the P-301-A pump shows that the pump performance meets the five requirements of Standard NFPA 20, namely: the value of shut off pressure comply below 140% (150 psi), the value of duty point complies at 100% (2500 gpm & 150 psi), the capacity value is 150% comply (3750 gpm), the pressure drop comply is above 65% (120 psi), and the NPSHa value is > NPSHr (55.9 feet > 16.3 feet), the pump is in good condition, and ready to operate. used whenever needed.
