8 th Bean Cafe dibuka pada tahun 2019, Cafe ini menawarkan berbagai variasi makanan dan minuman. Masalah yang dialami oleh Cafe ini adalah sulitnya bersaing dengan cafe di lokasi sekitar serta turunnya penjualan akibat datangnya pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan model bisnis baru yang sesuai untuk 8th Bean Cafe sehingga bisa bersaing dan meningkatkan penjualan di masa pandemi ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu analisa SWOT, Value Chain Analysis, Resource Based View, Porter Five Force Model, Design Thinking, Empathy Map, Value Proposition Canvas, Lean Canvas, Blue Ocean Strategy, uji kelayakan bisnis serta Validasi dengan kriteria perhitungan Likert. Dimulai dari analisa SWOT dimana aspek eksternal didapatkan dengan Porter’s Five Force Model, dan aspek internal dicari dengan metode resource based view dan Value Chain Analysis, berdsarkan analisa SWOT didapatkan strategi pembuatan promo customer loyal, aplikasi penjualan dan delivery, insentif morning hours, dekor bertema, dan discussion room. Selanjutnya metode design thinking, dimulai dengan pembuatan empathy map sesuai dengan kuesioner. berdasarkan empathy map didapatkan gain dekor menarik, promo harga, dan aplikasi. serta didapatkan pain pelayanan yang lama, jam buka terlalu siang, dan pembatasan ruang. Hasil tersebut dimasukan ke dalam Value Proposition Canvas yang mendapatkan solusi dekor street art, promo harga customer loyal, pembuatan aplikasi, service button, insentif morning hours, dan discussion room. Strategi yang didapat akan digunakan untuk mengenbangkan model bisnis baru. Kemudian menggunakan metode blue ocean strategy mendapatkan inovasi dekor dan fasilitas, serta pembuatan aplikasi, Discussion room, insentif morning hours, variasi create your own meal, dan service button. Dilakukan uji kelayakan yang menghasilkan BEP unit 35,571 dalam setahun BEP rupiah Rp. 675,863,765.65, IRR 69 %, PP 1,1 Tahun, dan NPV Rp. 529,959,718.26. Dilakukan uji validasi menggunakan skala likert untuk mendapatkan hasil sangat setuju untuk dekor street art, service button ,promo harga discussion room, dan aplikasi. Strategi yang didapatkan dari ketiga metode digunakan untuk mengembangkan model bisnis yang sudah ada

8 th Bean Cafe opened in 2019, this Cafe offers a wide variety of food and drinks. The problem experienced by this Cafe is that it is difficult to compete with cafes in surrounding locations and the decline in sales due to the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to get a new business model that is suitable for 8th Bean Cafe so that it can compete and increase sales during this pandemic. The methods used are SWOT analysis, Value Chain Analysis, Resource Based View, Porter Five Force Model, Design Thinking, Empathy Map, Value Proposition Canvas, Lean Canvas, Blue Ocean Strategy, business feasibility test and validation with Likert calculation criteria. Starting from a SWOT analysis where the external aspects are obtained using the Porter's Five Force Model, and the internal aspects are sought by the resource based view and Value Chain Analysis methods, based on the SWOT analysis, the strategies for creating loyal customer promos, sales and delivery applications, morning hours incentives, themed decorations, and discussion rooms. Furthermore, the design thinking method begins with making an empathy map according to the questionnaire. based on the empathy map, we get attractive decoration gains, price promotions, and applications. and the pain of long service, opening hours too late, and space restrictions. These results are entered into the Value Proposition Canvas which gets street art decor solutions, price promos for loyal customers, application development, service buttons, morning hours incentives, and discussion rooms. The strategies obtained will be used to develop new business models. Then using the blue ocean strategy method to get decor and facility innovations, as well as making applications, discussion rooms, morning hours incentives, create your own meal variations, and service buttons. A feasibility test was conducted which resulted in a unit BEP of 35,571 in a year's BEP of Rp. 675,863,765.65, IRR 69%, PP 1.1 Years, and NPV Rp. 529,959,718.26. Validation test was carried out using a Likert scale to get results that strongly agree for street art decor, service buttons, price promotions for discussion rooms, and applications. The strategies obtained from the three methods are used to develop existing business models
