P enyusunan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap Willingness to Pay melalui Store Affect dan Store Loyalty . Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 120 orang responden yang telah menjadi pelanggan Circle K dan Alfamart. Metode Analisa penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Store Atmophere terhadap Store Affect. Dan terdapat pengaruh positif Store Affect terhadap Store Loyalty. Selain itu juga, hasil peneltian ini menyatakan terdapat perngaruh Store loyalty terhadap Willingness To Pay.

F ormulation of this thesis aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere on Willingness to Pay through Store Affect and Store loyalty. This research instrument that uses a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents who had become customers Circle K and Alfamart. This research analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling. The research states that there is a positive influence on Store Atmosphere to Store Affect. And there is positive influence Store Affect to Store Loyalty. In addition, research also states that there is a positive influence Store Loyalty to Willingness to Pay.
