P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership danWork-Life Balance terhadap Work Engagement dimediasi Job Satisfaction padaKaryawan yang bekerja di Pertanian. Metode analisis yang digunakan padapenelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan bantuansoftware AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan kuesioner secara langsung dimana data disebarkan menggunakankuesioner online menggunakan google form. hasil kuesioner mendapatkan jumlahsampel yaitu 186 responden karyawan yang bekerja di PT Sumber RosoArgomakmur dan PT Karya Baru Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa: (1) Servant Leardership berpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction, (2) ServantLeardership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Work Engagement, (3) Work-Life Balanceberpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction, (4) Work-Life Balance tidak berpengaruhterhadap Work Engagement, (5) Job Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap WorkEngagement, (6) Servant Leardership berpengaruh terhadap Work Engagement dimediasi Job Satisfaction dan (7) Work-Life Balance berpengaruh terhadap WorkEngagement dimediasi Job Satisfaction

T This study aims to analyze the effectServant Leadership andWork-Life BalancetoWork Engagement mediatedJob Satisfaction to employees working at agriculture.The analytical method used in this study is SEM analysis(Structural EquationModelling) with software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). The datacollection technique uses a direct questionnaire where the data is distributed usinga questionnaireonline use google form. the results of the questionnaire obtained asample of 186 employee respondents who worked at PT Sumber Roso Argomakmurand PT Karya Baru Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that: (1) ServantLeadership has an effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Servant Leadership has no effecton Work Engagement, (3) Work-Life Balance has an effect on Job Satisfaction, (4)Work-Life Balance has no effect on Work Engagement, (5) Job Satisfaction has aneffect on Work Engagement, (6) Servant Leadership has an effect on WorkEngagement in mediating Job Satisfaction and (7) Work-Life Balance has an effecton Work Engagement mediated Job Satisfaction
