P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Safety Culture dan Safety Climate terhadap Employee Engagement terhadap PT. Badak LNG Jakarta. Selain itu penelitian ini juga untuk mengkaji mengenai dampak Safety Performance, Safety Climate dan Safety Culture. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari PT Badak LNG. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Goodness of Fit. Bedasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menyatakan bahwa (1) Safety Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Safety Performance (2) Safety Climate berpengaruh positif terhadap Safety Performance (3) Safety Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Safety Performance melalui Employee Engagement (4) Safety Climate berpengaruh positif terhadap Safety Performance melalui Employee Engagement (5) Employee Engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Safety Performance. Saran penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan tidak hanya pada sektor gas melainkan bisa dilakukan pada sektor seperti pertambangan, pertanian,dan lainnya.

T he purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of Safety Culture and Safety Climate on Safety Performance at PT. Badak LNG Jakarta. In addition, the study also examined the impact of Safety Performance, Safety Climate, and Safety Culture. The sample used in this study was employees of PT Badak LNG. The test was conducted using Goodness of Fit. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, stated that (1) Safety Culture has a positive effect on Safety Performance (2) Safety Climate has a positive effect on Safety Performance (3) Safety Culture has a positive effect on Safety Performance through Employee Engagement (4) Safety Climate has a positive effect on Safety Performance through Employee Employee (5) Employee engagement has a positive influence on Safety Performance. The suggestion for further research can be conducted not only in the gas sector but also in sectors such as mining, agriculture, and others.
