P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh information quality, privacy, terhadap behavioural loyalty melalui customer commitment pada internet service provider. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 300 responden. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) information quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer commitment, (2) information quality berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioural loyalty, (3) privacy berpengaruh positif terhadap customer commitment, (4) privacy berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioural loyalty. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah: (1) penelitian ini sebaiknya tidak hanya terbatas pada operator serurer tetapi juga bisa operator khusus internet lain, (2) meneliti operator internasional, (3) menambahkan variable seperti value.

T his study aims to examine and analyze the influence of information quality, privacy, the behavioral loyalty through customer commitment to the internet service provider. The sample used in this study among 300 respondents. Tests conducted by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study were (1) information quality positive influence on customer commitment, (2) information quality positive influence on behavioral loyalty, (3) positive effect on customer privacy commitment, (4) privacy positive effect on behavioral loyalty. Suggestions for further research are: (1) This research should not only limited to the operator but also can serurer special operators of other internet, (2) identify international operators, (3) adding a variable like value.
