T ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh positif trust terhadap attitudinal loyalty, commitment terhadap attitudinal loyalty, satisfaction terhadap attitudinal loyalty, attitudinal loyalty terhadap behavioural loyalty. Metodeanalisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model(SEM).Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif trustterhadap attitudinal loyalty, pengaruh positif commitment terhadap attitudinalloyalty, pengaruh positif satisfaction terhadap attitudinal loyalty, pengaruh positifattitudinal loyalty terhadap behavioral loyalty.

T he purpose of this study is to analyze the positive influence of trust onattitudinal loyalty, commitment to attitudinal loyalty, satisfaction with attitudinalloyalty, attitudinal loyalty towards behavioral loyalty. The analytical method used inthis study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of trust onattitudinal loyalty, positive effect of commitment on attitudinal loyalty, positiveeffect of satisfaction on attitudinal loyalty, positive effect of attitudinal loyalty onbehavioral loyalty.
