P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh High Performance WorkSystems (HPWS) dan Mental Toughness terhadap Organizational Commitmentmelalui Job Satisfaction. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan dataprimer yang bersumber dari kuesioner dalam google form yang disebarkan kepadaresponden. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaankonstruksi swasta di Jakarta yang telah bergabung menjadi anggota Gapeksindodan memiliki status gred 6 dengan menggunakan metode purposive samplingsehingga diperoleh 298 respoden yang menjadi sampel. Analisis data yangdigunakan untuk uji hipotesis adalah metode analisis Structural EquationModelling (SEM) dengan program AMOS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalahvariabel High Performance Work Systems (HPWS), Mental Toughness, dan Jobsatisfaction berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap OrganizationalCommitment. Selain itu, Job Satisfaction juga mampu memediasi pengaruh tidaklangsung High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) terhadap OrganizationalCommitment, demikian juga Mental Toughness terhadap OrganizationalCommitment. Namun Job Satisfaction sebagai mediasi lebih rendah pengaruhnyaterhadap peningkatan Organizational Commitment. Oleh karena itu, dalamimplikasi manajerial, untuk meningkatkan Organizational Commitmentperusahaan harus memperhatikan High Performance Work Systems (HPWS)dengan mempertahankan cara perusahaan dalam memberikan deskripsi pekerjaankepada karyawan dan meningkatkan keberanian perusahaan dalammemberhentikan karyawan, serta memperhatikan Mental Toughness dengan caramempertahankan rasa yakin karyawan pada kemampuan diri sendiri danmeningkatkan rasa tenang saat berada di bawah tekanan
T This study aims to analyze the effect of High Performance Work Systems (HPWS)and Mental Toughness on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction.The data used in this study are primary data sourced from a questionnaire in agoogle form distributed to respondents. The research sample was employeesworking in a private construction company in Jakarta who had joined as membersof Gapeksindo and had a grade 6 status using the purposive sampling method sothat 298 respondents were obtained as samples. The data analysis used forhypothesis testing is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis methodwith the AMOS program. The results of this study are that the variables HighPerformance Work Systems (HPWS), Mental Toughness, and Job satisfactionhave a direct and positive effect on Organizational Commitment. In addition, JobSatisfaction is also able to mediate the indirect effect of High Performance WorkSystems (HPWS) on Organizational Commitment, as well as Mental Toughness onOrganizational Commitment. However, Job Satisfaction as a mediator has alower effect on increasing Organizational Commitment. Therefore, in managerialimplications, to increase Organizational Commitment, companies must payattention to High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) by maintaining thecompany\\\'s way of providing job descriptions to employees and increasing thecompany\\\'s courage in dismissing employees, as well as paying attention to MentalToughness by maintaining employees\\\' confidence in their own abilities andincreasing their sense of calm when under pressure
