P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work condition, workmotivation terhadap job performance melalui job satisfaction sebagai variablemediasi. Data di peroleh dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sehinggadiperoleh 350 responden yang tersebar di lima rejional Bank KB Bukopinseluruh Indonesia yang di analisis menggunakan SEM dengan menggunakansoftware Amos v.24. Hasil peneltian ini menemukan bahwa work conditiontidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, akan tetapiwork condition memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap job performance.Work motivation memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap job satifaction, akantetapi work motivation tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap jobperformance. Job satisfaction diketahui memiliki pengaruh signifikanterhadap job performance. Dari hasil uji mediasi variabel job satisfaction,diketahui bahwa hanya pengaruh work motivation terhadap job performanceyang secara statistik signifikan dimediasi oleh job satisfaction, sedangkansecara statistik pengaruh antara work condition terhadap job performancetidak dimediasi oleh variabel job satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini dapatdigunakan perusahaan untuk melakukan evaluasi terkait keterlibatanmanajerial dengan memberikan coaching rutin berkala, arahan dan training.morning briefing serta role play pada pagi dan sore hari setiap harinya sertamelakukan evaluasi karyawan setiap bulan dan mengevaluasi kefektifan ataspekerjaan yang selama ini dijalankan, perusahaan juga diharap dapatmenerima masukan dari karyawan yang berisifat 360 derajat. Serta dalamkomdisi saat ini yang telah memasuki Bank dengan era digital perusahanperlu mempertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan teknologi digital bankingdalam memeberikan kemudahan kepada Nasabah selain itu untukmeningkatkan kepuasan karyawan perlu menjadi perhatian khusus bagiperusahaan untuk mempertimbangkan kenaikan gaji perusahaan dapatmenggunakan sistem HR Manajemen dengan kualifikasi tertentu serta terusmemperbesar peluang karyawan untuk mencapai jenjang karir yang lebihtinggi agar karyawan selalu mempertahankan standar kerja yang tinggi dalambekerja sehingga tujuan perusahaan.dapat tercapai.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of work conditions, work motivation onjob performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The data wasobtained using purposive sampling, so that 350 respondents spread across fiveregions of Bank KB Bukopin throughout Indonesia which were analyzed using SEMusing Amos v.24 software. The results of this study found that work conditions didnot have a significant effect on job satisfaction, but work conditions had asignificant effect on job performance. Work motivation has a significant effect onjob satisfaction, but work motivation does not have a significant effect on jobperformance. Job satisfaction is known to have a significant effect on jobperformance. From the results of the mediation test of job satisfaction variables, itis known that only the statistically significant influence of work motivation on jobperformance is mediated by job satisfaction, while statistically the effect of workconditions on job performance is not mediated by job satisfaction variables. Theresults of this study can be used by companies to evaluate managerial involvementby providing regular regular coaching, direction and training. morning briefingsand role plays in the morning and evening every day as well as evaluatingemployees every month and evaluating the effectiveness of the work that has beencarried out so far, the company is also expected to receive 360-degree input fromemployees. As well as in the current condition that has entered the Bank with thedigital era, companies need to consider improving digital banking technology inproviding convenience to customers. In addition, to increase employee satisfaction,it is necessary to pay special attention to companies to consider an increase insalaries. Companies can use the HR Management system with certainqualifications. and continue to increase employee opportunities to achieve highercareer paths so that employees always maintain high work standards in their workso that company goals can be achieved.
