Pengaruh perceived manager support terhadap job performance dan job satisfaction dimediasi emotional exhaustion pada karyawan PT. Bronn Bangun Karya (interior design and build)
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Manager Support terhadap Job Performance dan Job Satisfaction dimediasi oleh Emotional Exhaustion pada karyawan PT.Bronn Bangun Karya (Interior Design and Build).Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online kepada 112 karyawan PT.Bronn Bangun Karya (Interior Design and Build). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu suatu metode yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan kriteria tertentu dengan sampel heterogen atau beragam. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini adalah uji instrumental berupa uji validitas, relialibilitas menggunakan SPSS dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Manager Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance dan Job Sataisfaction, Perceived Manager Support berpengaruh negatif terhadap Emotional Exhaustion, Emotional Exhaustion berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance dan Job Sataisfaction. Implikasi managerial dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan manager memberi dukungan pada karyawan yang akan membuat karyawan termotivasi karena banyaknya beban kerja yang dikerjakan hal ini akan mengurangi Emotional Exhaustion karyawan yang akan mengarah pada peningkatan Job Perfomance dan Job Satisfaction diperusahaan.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Manager Support on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction mediated by Emotional Exhaustion on employees of PT. Bronn Bangun Karya (Interior Design and Build).In this study, the data sources were obtained through questionnaires distributed online to 112 employees of PT. Bronn Bangun Karya (Interior Design and Build). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which is a method based on consideration of certain criteria. The technique used to analyze this research is an instrumental test in the form of validity, reliability using SPSS and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software. The test results show that Perceived Manager Support has a positive effect on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction, Perceived Manager Support has a negative effect on Emotional Fatigue, Emotional Fatigue has a positive effect on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction. The managerial implication in this study is to provide support to employees who will make employees appreciate because of the large workload that is done this will reduce employee emotional fatigue which will lead to increased work performance and job satisfaction in the compa
