Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi knowledge hiding pada karyawan bca di jakarta timur
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi Knoledge Hiding pada karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) di Jakarta Timur. Rancangan pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pengujian hipotesis (Hypothesis Testing). Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara Cross Sectional dan data bersifat primer, adapun data dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui G-form yang diisi oleh 170 karyawan BCA di Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yakni pengujian instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas serta Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan uji statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS dan Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence Awareness dan Workplace Bullying memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Knowledge Hiding melalui Emotional Exhaustion. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pengaruh bagi perusahaan kedepannya guna menghindari pengadopsian Artificial Intelligence serta mencegah perilaku Workplace Bullying, Emotional Exhaustion, dan Knowledge Hiding antar karyawan.
T his research aims to analyze the factors that influence Knowledge Hiding in PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) employees in East Jakarta. The research design is conducted through hypothesis testing. Data collection is carried out cross-sectionally with primary data gathered by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms, filled out by 170 BCA employees in East Jakarta. The data processing techniques used include validity and reliability instrument testing, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and descriptive statistical tests using SPSS and Amos. The results of the study indicate that Artificial Intelligence Awareness and Workplace Bullying have a significant impact on Knowledge Hiding through Emotional Exhaustion. This research is expected to provide insights for the company to avoid the negative adoption of Artificial Intelligence and prevent Workplace Bullying, Emotional Exhaustion, and Knowledge Hiding among employees in the future.
