N anohybrid composite has an additional of microfilled size filler composition (60nm- 1.4pm) to strengthen the mechanical properties. The effect of irradiation time on the polymerization reaction determines the strength of the restoration when receiving pressure. This research is a comparative laboratory experimental research. The objective of this research is to know the effect of irradiation times on the compressive strength of composites, which examines the compressive strength ratio of 3 nanohybrid composite group of samples with the irradiation times 20", 30", and 40". Specimens of each group of samples amounted to 3 to a total of 9 specimens. The compressive test is done with SH1MADZU Universal Testing Machine. The result of one way anova test shows the value of Sig (p) 0,794, which means p> 0.05; therefore there is no significant difference in compressive test results between nanohybrid bulk fill (20"), conventional nanohybrid (30â€), and nanohybrid conventional (40"). The mean compressive strength of the nanohybrid bulk fill sample group (20") was 391.7 ± 126.3 N; conventional nanohybrid (30") 353.3 ± 83.0 N; conventional nanohybrid (40") 342,5 ± 123,9 N. The conclusion of this research is there are no significant effects on the irradiation times on compressive strength of composites. Increasing the irradiation time does not result in increased of mechanical strength.
