Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi purchase intention dalam dunia eCommerce.
T Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung social media influence, perceived usefulness, trust terhadap attitude dan purchase intention pada pengguna eCommerce di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner dan mendapatkan 270 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang dipergunakan telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisa data penelitian mempergunakan SEM (Structural equation model) dan software SmartPLS.Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwasanya social media influence, perceived usefulness, dan trust secara positif mempengaruhi attitude, Adapun trust dan attitude secara positif mempengaruhi purchase intention. Sedangkan social media influence dan perceived usefulness tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention pada pengguna platform eCommerce di Indonesia. Adapun pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk memasukkan lebih banyak variabel, objek, dan isu yang sedang tren pada masa penelitian.
T The research aims to analyze the direct influence of social media influence, perceived usefulness, trust on attitude and purchase intention among eCommerce users in Indonesia. This research used primary data by distributing questionnaires and collected 270 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The research data was analyzed using multiple regression. The data used has met validity and reliability tests. Analysis of research data using SEM (Structural equation model) and smartPLS software. Research findings indicate that social media influence, perceived usefulness, and trust have a positive influence on attitude. Trust and attitude have a positive influence on purchase intention. Meanwhile, social media influence and perceived usefulness have no effect on purchase intention among eCommerce platform users in Indonesia. It is hoped that future research will include more variables, objects, and issues that are currently trending during the research period.
