P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work environment, ethicalleadership, organizational citizenship behavior, dan work stress terhadap employeeperformance pada karyawan perusahaan Otomotif di Jakarta Timur. Datadikumpulkan dari 178 responden hanya di bagian divisi pemasaran dan divisi serviceperusahaan Otomotif di Jakarta Timur, menggunakan non-probability sampling sertamenggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data yangdigunakan adalah populasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif denganmencari rata-rata menggunakan SPSS versi 25, serta analisis regresi berganda untukpengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Sebelumnya instrumen telah diujidengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang dimana seluruh itempernyataan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work environmentberpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, ethical leadership berpengaruhpositif terhadap employee performance, organizational citizenship behaviorberpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, dan work stress berpengaruhnegatif terhadap employee performance. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian perusahaan perlu untuk lebih memfasilitasi peralatan yang diperlukan karyawan untukmelakukan pekerjaan, atasan perusahaan Otomotif di Jakarta Timur perlu lebihmemberi contoh bagaimana melakukan sesuatu dengan cara yang benar dalam haletika, perusahaan perlu memberitahukan karyawannya untuk tidak mengambil cutikerja jika tidak perlu, dan perusahaan perlu memberikan tugas yang sesuai dengankemampuan karyawan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, ethical leadership,organizational citizenship behavior, and work stress on employee performance atAutomotive company employees in East Jakarta. Data was collected from 178respondents only in the marketing division and service division of Automotivecompanies in East Jakarta, using non-probability sampling and using purposivesampling techniques with the data collection method used was population. Dataanalysis used descriptive statistics by finding the average using SPSS version 25, aswell as multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25.Previously the instrument had been tested using validity and reliability tests where allstatement items were valid and reliable. The research results show that the workenvironment has a positive effect on employee performance, ethical leadership has apositive effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior has apositive effect on employee performance, and work stress has a negative effect onemployee performance. Managerial implications in research, companies need to betterfacilitate the equipment that employees need to do their work, supervisors at Automotive companies in East Jakarta need to provide more examples of how to dothings the right way in terms of ethics, companies need to tell their employees not totake time off work if they don't necessary, and companies need to provide tasks thatsuit employee abilities.
