Pengaruh responsible leadership dan ethical leadership terhadap ethical climate dan sffective commitment pada karyawan PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia
P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ResponsibleLeadership dan Ethical Leadership terhadap Ethical Clmate dan Affective Commitmentpada Karyawan PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia Penelitian inimenggunakan Responsible Leadership dan Ethical Leadership sebagai variabel bebasserta Ethical Climate dan Affective Commitment sebagai variabel terikat. Rancanganpenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pengujian hipotesisdengan structural equation modeling (SEM). Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari186 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia melalui pengisiankuisioner berupa google form dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling sertametode purposive sampling.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapatpengaruh positif Responsibe Leadership terhadap Ethical Climate,terdapat pengaruhpositif Ethical Leadership terhadap Ethical Climate, Tidak terdapat pengaruh PositifResponsible Leadership terhadap Affective Commitment dan terdapat pengaruh positifEthical Climate terhadap Affective Commitment. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untukdapat menigkatkan serta mempertahankan Responsible Leadership dan EthicalLeadership sehingga dapat meningkatkan serta menekan Ethical Climate danAffective Commitment pada karyawan di PT Mercedes-Benz Distribtion Indonesia
T The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of The Effect of ResponsibleLeadership and Ethical Leadership on Ethical Climate and Affective Commitment onEmployess of PT Mercedes-Benz DIstribution Indonesia. This study uses ResponsibleLeadership and Ethical Leadership as independent variable and Ethical Climate andAffective Commitment as dependent variable. The research design used in this studyis a hypothesis testing method with structural equation modeling (SEM). The data inthis study were collected from 186 employees through filling out a questionnaire in agoogle form using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling method.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate: Responsible Leadership hadnot positive effect on Ethical Climate and Affective Commitment and EthicalLeadership has positive effect on Ethical Climate and Affective Commitment Theresults of this study are to be able to maintain and Increase Responsible Leadershipand Ethical Leadership so that they can maintain and increase Ethical Climate andAffective Commitment on employees in PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia
