Pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement yang dimediasi oleh job crafting dan flourishing pada karyawan RSUD di Kota Bekasi
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Supportterhadap Work Engagement yang dimediasi oleh Job Crafting dan Flourishing pada Karyawan RSUD di Kota Bekasi.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan data primer, yaitu cara untuk mengumpulkan data dari sumber aslinya untuk tujuan khusus. Teknik yang dipakai untuk mengambil sampel ialah purposive samplingdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 265 responden. Metode analisa data yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif rata-ratadan penggunaan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS 24.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement,perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapjob crafting,perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap flourishing, job craftingmemiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, flourishing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, tidak terdapat pengaruh antara perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement yang dimediasi oleh job crafting,dantidak terdapat pengaruh antara perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement yang dimediasi oleh flourishing.
T The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Work Engagement mediated by Job Crafting and Flourishing in Hospital Employees in Bekasi City.The data collection method used is primary data, which is a way to collect data from the original source for a specific purpose. The technique used to take samples is purposive samplingwith a total sample of 265 respondents. The data analysis method that will be used in this study is descriptive statistics in the form of the mean and the use of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with AMOS 24 software.The conclusion that can be drawn in this study is that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job crafting, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on flourishing, job crafting has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, flourishing has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, there is no effect between perceived organizational support for work engagement mediated by job crafting, and there is no influence between perceived organizational support on work engagement mediated by flourishing.
