Pengaruh emotional labor terhadap job satisfaction yang di mediasi oleh perceived organizational support pada karyawan Hotel Amaris, Jakarta Selatan
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh emotional labor terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh perceived organizational supports (POS) pada karyawan Hotel Amaris, Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pengujian hipotesis, suatu metode untuk menguji pengaruh diantara variabel penelitian dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah matematis atau statistik. Penelitian dirancang dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 117 karyawan Hotel Amaris, Jakarta Selatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan variabel moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emotional labor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan perceived organizational supports (POS), perceived organizational supports (POS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan terdapat pengaruh emotional labor terhadap job satisfaction pada saat karyawan dapat dimoderasi oleh POS.
