Pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap organizational commitment dan job satisfaction yang dimediasi work life balance pada karyawan mnc group.
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support Terhadap Organizational Commitment dan Job Satisfaction Yang Dimediasi Work Life Balance Pada Karyawan MNC Group. Unit analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah individu yang merupakan karyawan dari stasiun televisi MNC Group. Dimensi waktu yang digunakan yaitu cross sectional. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda non-probability sampling. Data didalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan 23 indikator yang disebarkan secara online sebanyak 125 responden melalui google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda analisis structural equation modelling (SEM) sebagai alat analisis statistik pengolahan data penelitian. Adapun pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan alat bantu berupa software yaitu SPSS versi 26 dan AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Work Life Balance, Work Life Balance memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Commitment yang dimediasi Work Life Balance, Work Life Balance memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, dan Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction yang dimediasi Work Life Balance Pada Karyawan MNC Group.Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini yang di mana manajer akan melakukan lebih memperdulikan karyawan yang membutuhkan bantuan supaya karyawan akan merasa sangat dihargai dalam sebuah organisasi, membuat jam kerja yang lebih fleksibel. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kemudahaan akses internet, sistem kerja fleksibel seperti remote work dapat diterapkan dan menjadi semakin mudah untuk diaplikasikan di Perusahaan, menumbuhkan sense of belonging atau rasa memiliki karyawan terhadap Perusahaan, dan memberikan pengakuan atas prestasi dan pencapaian yang raih karyawan dalam bekerja.
T The purpose of this research is to determine The Role of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Mnc Group Employees. The unit of analysis used in this research is individuals who are employees of the MNC Group. The time dimension used is cross sectional. The data collection technique used in this research is the non-probability sampling method. The data in this research was obtained through a questionnaire using 23 indicators which were distributed online to 125 respondents via Google Form. This research uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method as a statistical analysis tool for processing research data. The research data processing uses tools in the form of software, namely SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 24. The results of this research indicate that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on Work Life Balance, Work Life Balance has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment which is mediated by Work Life Balance , Work Life Balance has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction mediated by Work Life Balance in MNC Group Employees.The managerial implication of this research is that managers will pay more attention to employees who need help so that employees will feel highly valued in an organization, making working hours more flexible. Along with the development of technology and ease of internet access, flexible work systems such as remote work or Work from Anywhere can be implemented and become increasingly easy to apply in companies, fostering a sense of belonging in employees towards the company, and providing recognition for achievements and accomplishments achieved employees at work.
