P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Culture,Organizational Commitment dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadapOrganizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT. Ardita Dwi Mitra. Penelitian yangdilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisisregresi berganda dengan software SPSS 25.0. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitanini adalah Karyawan PT. Ardita Dwi Mitra. Jumlah sampel yang diambil padapenelitian ini terdapat 72 sampel data karyawan PT. Ardita Dwi Mitra danmenggunakan metode sensus. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalahOrganizational Culture, Organizational Commitment dan Perceived OrganizationalSupport. Variabel dependennya adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Darihasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh Organizational Culture terhadapOrganizational Citizenship Behavior, terdapat pengaruh Organizational Commitmentterhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan terdapat pengaruh PerceivedOrganizational Support terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Dan hasildari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pimpinan untukmemperhatikan Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment dan Perceived Organizational Support yang dapat meningkatkan Organizational CitizenshipBehavior.

The research conducted was descriptivequantitative research. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesistesting using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 software. The data used inthis research were employees of PT. Ardita Dwi Mitra. The amount of sample takenin this study contained 72 samples of employee of PT. Ardita Dwi Mitra and usingthe census method. The independent variables in this study were OrganizationalCulture, Organizational Commitment and Perceived Organizational Support. Thedependent variable was Organizational Citizenship Behavior. From the results of thisstudy, there was a influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational CitizenshipBehavior, there was a influence of Organizational Commitment on OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior, and there was a influence of Perceived Organizational Supporton Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of this study were expected toprovide input for managers to pay attention to Organizational Culture, OrganizationalCommitment and Perceived Organizational Support that can improve OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior.
