P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Service orientation, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction terhadap Employee engagement pada karyawan Hotel Cikini di Jakarta. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan statistik deskriptif melalui program SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap service orientation, yang kemudian employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived organizational support, yang kemudian employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction.Manfaat penelitian dapat dijadikan informasi bagi perusahaan dan sebagai dasar acuan penelitian selanjutnya. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan employee engagement, service orientation, perceived organizational support, dan job satisfaction

T This research aims to analyze the impact of Employee Engagement, Service Orientation, Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction at Cikini Hotel in Jakarta. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents. This research uses simple regresion analysis and descriptive statistic through SPSS version 24. Based on the result of hypotheses testing it can be concluded that employee engagement has positive impact on service orientation, employee engagement has positive impact on perceived organizational support, employee engagement has positive impact on job satisfaction. The results of this study can be use as theoretical implications for further study. As the practical implications can be used to the company to maintain employee engagement, service orientation, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction.
