Pengaruh perceived organizational support dan psychological empowerment terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour di Hotel Aston Cekareng
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perceived organizational support,psychological empowerment, dan organizational citizenship behavior di Hotel AstonCengkareng dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support danpsychological empowerment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di HotelAston Cengkareng. Metode pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan sensus denganmenyebarkan kuesioner ke seluruh karyawan tetap Hotel Aston Cengkareng yanberjumlah 104 karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah denganmenggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuanprogram SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwaperceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behaviormemiliki nilai β sebesar 0.290 dengan nilai signifikan 0.001 < 0.05, maka H1didukung yang artinya perceived organizational support berpengaruh positifterhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan hasil pengujianpsychological empowerment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior memilikinilai β sebesar 0.337 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, maka H2 juga didukungyang artinya psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadaporganizational citizenship behavior.

Thesampling method is used to spread the census questionnaire to all permanentemployees Aston Cengkareng totaling 104 employees. Data analysis method used isby using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that perceivedorganizational support to organizational citizenship behavior has a β value of 0290with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, then H1 supported which means thatperceived organizational support has positive influence on organizational citizenshipbehavior. While the results of psychological testing empowerment on organizationalcitizenship behavior has a β value of 0337 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05,the H2 is also supported which means psychological empowerment positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior.
