Pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention pada Perawat di Rumah Sakit Puri Cinere
P Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada perawat di rumah sakit puri cinere. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Perceived organizational support akan diidentifikasi dengan tujuh pernyataan dan turnover intention akan diidentifikasi dengan tujuh pernyataan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 70 perawat di rumah sakit puri cinere. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini mengunakan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh negatif antara perceived organizational support dan turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempertahankan perceived organizational support dengan cara selalu mengevaluasi para karyawan dan tetap memberikan yang terbaik.
T The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of perceived organizational support to turnover intention of nurse in Puri Cinere Hospital. The data collecting method is by giving questionnaire. Perceived organizational support will be identified by 7 statements and turnover intention will be identified by 7 statements. The samples in this research are taking from 70 nurse in Puri Cinere hospital. The data which have already collected are processed with validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistic, and hypothesis test. Software SPSS version 24 is used to test in this research. The result of this research shows that perceived organizational support has negative affect to turnover intention. Expected to maintain perceived organizational support by always evaluating employees and still providing the best.
