Pengaruh total quality management terhadap kinerja melalui orientasi pelanggan pada ukm kerajinan patung kayu di Gianyar, Bali
P Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap Kinerja melalui Orientasi Pelanggan pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kerajinan Patung Kayu di Gianyar, Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap kinerja melalui orientasi pelanggan pada Usaha Skala Kecil dan Menengah Kerajinan Patung Kayu. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemilik atau karyawan pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kerajinan Patung Kayu yang berlokasi di Gianyar, Bali dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 110 orang. Metode dalam pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil pene litian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap orientasi pelanggan. Selain itu hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh orientasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja. Serta hasil pene lit ian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara Total Quality Management terhadap kinerja melalui orientasi pelanggan.
T This study discusses the influence of Total Quality Management to Performance through Customer Orientation on Small and Medium Enterprises Sculptures Wood Crafts in Gianyar, Bali. This study aims to determine how the influence of Total Quality Management on the performance through customer orientation on Small and Medium Enterprises Sculptures Wood Crafts. The research design used is hypothesis testing. The data collecting method is done by distributing questionnaires to the owners or employees of Small and Medium Enterprises Sculptures Wood Crafts, located in Gianyar, Bali with a total sample of 110 people. The method of processing data using Structural Equation Modeling. The result shows that there is influence of Total Quality Management on performance. The results ofthis study also shows that there is influence ofTotal Quality Management on consumer orientation. In addition, this study shows that there is influence customer orientation on performance. And the results of this study revealed that there is influence between Total Quality Management on the performance through customer orientation.
